Our thoughts are with you, your family members and friends dealing with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are taking every precaution and following the guidelines set forth from health and government officials.
Yesterday on March 19th, Governor Newsom of California issued a stay-at-home order for the entire state and South Carolina Governor McMaster has ordered all non-essential state employees to stay home. South Carolina public universities and colleges have also been encouraged to hold classes online.
In these unprecedented times, the health and safety of our employees and customers are of top priority. Rest assured that Griplock Systems is monitoring the situation closely and we are taking the necessary steps to ensure we can continue to ship product to our customers as long as possible.
Our office staff in California is currently working remotely from home and will continue to take your orders and respond to inquiries. In South Carolina, where all our production takes place, personnel have been scheduled on rotating shifts to avoid large groups and increase social distancing in the warehouse.
Many of our customers have decided to order additional product in order to stay ahead of this crisis. We hope we will be able to continue operations, but considering this fast-changing situation, it is very possible we will be forced to close. Once back open, we will ship orders in the order in which they were received.
We will continue to monitor the guidelines and regulations coming from government and health officials and if any new developments arise where we are forced to halt operations temporarily, we will notify you immediately.
